A dormers extension to a semi-detached property

Dormers were required for an existing bungalow to create additional bedroom spaces.

The design was carefully considered to ensure maximum use of already limited space as such a stairway was proposed at the rear of the existing lounge. maximum use of the loft was planned by the addition of a front and rear dormer. Following successful planning approval a second planning application for a side extension for another bedroom and a rear amenity space was also granted.
