A side and rear extension to a semi-detached property

The clients required a side and rear extension to their home adding additional rooms for the growing family.

The rear extension was created to allow separate kitchen and dining rooms whilst adding a new study room at ground level on the side. The flow and interaction of these spaces were carefully considered in relation to the existing structure and rooms. Two new bedrooms were created on the first floor.

The exterior of the house mirrored the existing property and ensured the new extension would compliment the existing house.
