A new build property on land next to a pair of semi-detached houses

The client was looking to develop on land adjacent to a semi-detached property. The garden to the end semi is quite large providing an opportunity to be utilised comfortably for another detached property whilst retaining a generous amount of land for the semi.

The frontage of the property was designed to retain the feel of the existing streetscape and to complement the existing dwellings to ensure a consistency in the vernacular aesthetic. The overall appearance was in alignment with its surroundings which was considered favourably by the council.

Upon obtaining planning permission the client commissioned 3d promotional images that were put up on site prior to building to allow the property to be put on market in advance of the build.
