An improved car wash experience

The client requested the formation of a new entrance into the carwash from a main road along with new signage along the front and requiring a better planned user journey through the car wash experience.

The new proposed entrance would be located on a main road and would provide a visible and accessible entrance for potential customers. Consideration was given to allow provision for any cars wanting to park close to the post box on the outskirt of the site; to allow them to drop their post easily. The usablility of the car wash was been designed around this new entrance to allow customers to have their cars washed and and leave the compound with ease. The mobile office was relocated to give maximum usability to the site.
